- Restaurant Reservation Policy
- Reservation Method:
- Reservations can only be made through the Muratomo Udon website only.
- Same-Day Reservations:
- Same-day reservations are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee availability due to walk-in customers volume.
- If you do not receive a confirmation from us, please CALL us directly to confirm .
- Reservation Confirmation:
- A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation call or SMS.
- We recommend confirming your reservation 24 hours in advance.
- Parking availability upon your arrival is not guaranteed. We strongly recommend arriving early to secure a parking spot.
- Reservation Fee:
- A non-refundable reservation fee of 300 pesos is required to secure your table.
- The reservation fee is consumable but not refundable.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations of reservations are not refundable.
- We kindly ask for at least 4 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your reservation.
- We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes before your reservation time. If you haven’t arrived within 15 minutes upon your reserved time, even if we’ve received a SMS, call or chat advisory from you, we will disregard it and give the reservation to the next walk-in person.
- Changes to Reservation:
- Any changes to your reservation, including adjustments to the number of guests, should be communicated to us as soon as possible.
- Reservation Fee Payment:
- Reservation fees are to be paid via GCASH.
